Our basic philosophy when it comes to founding entities as PEO, both commercial and social, is entrenched in the Private Equity model. This entails market entry, expansion and consolidation through strategic start-ups, acquisitions and value adding insights. The commercial model has during the past few decades matured into being an alternative source of market entry for corporate entrepreneurs. The Private Equity model linked to social entrepreneurship is somewhat new and recently embraced. It nevertheless subscribes to the same levels of partnerships and leverage applied to the commercial stream.
With this service capacity, we undertake the following as we seek to fulfill our mandate:
- Industry-to-Market Opinion Formulation;
- Clarification and formulation of the Rasion d’etre of entities (against the backdrop of the above-mentioned Opinion Formulation);
- Formulating the Private Equity Strategy;
- Drafting of the Memorandum of Incorporation or the equivalent in the said jurisdiction;
- Drafting of the Articles of Association or the equivalent in the said jurisdiction;
- Drafting the Shareholder’s or Member’s Agreements;
- Drafting, in outline form, the Strategic Plan of the entity;
- Resource-pooling all the forms of capital required (financial, human, etc).
